Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed at El Bolillo against food and beverages. They cannot be used for gratuity or service charge.
Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Full Redemption Only: Vouchers must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. No credit or balance will be given for any unused value.
Booking: Reservations are recommended, and the voucher must be presented on arrival. Please mention your voucher when booking.
